WHAT DO I WEAR?
Our escape rooms are located in an office area. The rooms may involve crawling or getting down on the floor to examine your environment. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, which you don't mind getting a bit dusty.
WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
An escape room or locked room puzzle is a real-world, physical game featuring challenges, riddles, and mysteries to solve within a time limit. Work as a team to break out of our themed escape rooms, which are brought to incredible life with immersive set design, special effects, sound design, and carefully selected props-many of which we have designed and built ourselves. YOU ARE NOT ACTUALLY LOCKED IN OR WILL BE LEFT LOCKED IN (we have other guests that want to play too). If you want to be let out at any time, just open the door to the lobby, but try not to spoil the illusion.
CAN I JUST TURN UP?
If you can’t see a booking slot that suits your needs, or if you are booking on the day, please call 07398110891 and we will see what we can offer you. We prefer to take advance bookings as then we can ensure that your sessions will run smoothly and to time. Sessions in our escape rooms are highly sought-after, and the most popular dates fill up fast. Special events like Halloween, school holidays, Christmas, New Year, and Easter are the first to go, so do book well ahead of time if you're thinking of coming during these busy periods. CAN I STORE PERSONAL BELONGINGS?
There is a locker for storing any belongings you have. They'll be locked in the room next to you, so you can access them whenever you need them.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO ESCAPE THE ROOM and will I get locked in?
Escape rooms are a race against the clock to work out the answers to fiendish riddles and gather clues from your environment before the room claims you for its own. All of our escape rooms have a time limit of one hour. If you're not out by then, we'll send our games masters to rescue you!.
CAN I DO THIS IF I'M PREGNANT?
It depends on how you feel about being in a locked room! Some of our rooms involve crawling, or enclosed spaces. If you are heavily pregnant, you may not enjoy the experience. If you have had any problems during your pregnancy, or are unsure, please consult your doctor before attempting our escape rooms. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
ARE THERE TOILETS ON SITE?
Yes. We recommend going before you play! Obviously we'll let you out whenever you like, if you need us to. But try not to….
CAN WE DRINK ALCOHOL?
Due to the nature of our games, we have a strict zero tolerance policy on alcohol (and drugs). We advise teams to save their drinking for after they play, and no alcohol (or drugs) may be consumed on site. Should we deem you unfit to play you will be refused entry and no refund will be given.
